Alpen Royal is the typical alpine residence… warm, welcoming, surrounded by green fields in summer and white snow stretches in winter. Ideal for couples, families and small groups looking for a calm and relaxing environment where to spend a few days in Livigno.
The apartments, flooded with light and nicely finished, are in a strategic position, about 300mt from the pedestrian area, a few steps away from the closest lift (Sciovia del Sole N1) and only 200mt from the bike/nordic-ski track that will take you on an 18km journey of our valley.
All around them, you will find shops, restaurants for any taste, and the famous duty-free. The closest rentals, both for summer and winter sports, are less than 200mt from the residence.

TARIFFS
All tariffs are intended for the period and for the number of people stated in the offer. Costs related to final cleaning, bed linen and towels and all utilities are included.
Variations in the occupants number will cause variations in the price of your stay (minimum occupancy price applies should there be less people than minimum occupancy).
Price is intended in room only, without any meal unless otherwise stated in the offer and booking confirmation.
PETS
Your pets are welcome at our residence!
We will do some extra cleaning after your departure. For this reason we will apply a supplement of € 10.00 per pet per night. We suggest you bring a quilt for them to avoid damages to the furniture.

DEPOSIT
In order to confirm the reservation, we ask the payment of 30% of the total amount as deposit. By paying the deposit, the Terms and Conditions detailed in this document (and in particular the cancellation policy) are
considered understood and legally accepted.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations, postponed arrival and early departures are always unpleasant for both parties. In such circumstances, at our discretion, we may be obliged to retain your deposit.
In case of cancellation:
- More than 30 days before arrival: There will be no charge and the deposit will be fully refunded
- Less than 30 days before arrival: The deposit will not be refunded
- In case of postponed arrival or early departure, the full amount will be charged, at our discretion
DAMAGE DEPOSIT
At check-in, you’ll be asked for a €150.00 damage deposit for each apartment of the reservation. This amount will be refunded at check-out after inspecting the apartments (if no damage occurred).
To avoid unpleasant inconveniences, please inform us immediately of any malfunction.

The third two-bedroom apartment of this residence is situated in the attic, with rooms made special by the visible wood of its roof. Like the other apartments they are composed of two bedrooms, kitchen/living-room, bathroom and balcony.

Couples/Families 2-4 people
These apartments, particularly versatile, are much appreciated by couples and young families. They are on the ground floor, made of a kitchen/diner and a night area, which are separated by the bathroom that creates a corridor between the two.
Two-bedroom Alpen Royal
FRIENDS/FAMILIES 4-6 people
Friends and families will find these apartments the perfect solution for their holiday. Recently renovated, they offer all comforts. They have two bedrooms (that can be double or twins), kitchen-living with a comfy sofa-bed, bathroom with bath and shower, balcony.
